Frasers Property offers to match a 5 per cent deposit

•   Five for Five offer available from November 11
•   Promotion to run for five weeks across four Victorian land developments

Frasers Property Australia is offering first home buyers a boost from November 11 with the launch of its Five for Five campaign at four of its Victorian land developments.

First home buyers who raise a 5 per cent deposit to purchase land at one of the eligible developments will have Frasers Property match the remaining 5 per cent to help customers meet the minimum 10 per cent deposit requirement.

The offer has the potential to save first home buyers thousands, especially for those eligible for the Victorian First Home Owner Grant[1].

The Five for Five campaign will run until December 16 and will be offered at all Frasers Property’s Victorian developments featuring land for sale. This includes three developments in Melbourne’s rapidly expanding western growth corridor – Mambourin, The Grove in Tarneit and Life, Point Cook. The offer is also available at its well established Wallara Waters development in the regional town of Wallan.

“This offer is designed to provide a real helping hand for first home buyers as we recognise it can be challenging to save a full 10 per cent deposit,” Sarah Bloom, General Manager – Residential Victoria, Frasers Property Australia says.

“We have many options for first home buyers eager to get started on their journey towards home ownership, including land in a range of sizes and price points across our Victorian developments.

“This is great opportunity for buyers to come and have a look at what each community has to offer, as each has a unique identity and feel. We encourage first home buyers to visit, have a chat with our sales staff about the options available, get a feel for the communities and begin a plan for the future.”

Mambourin, located 40 km west of Melbourne’s CBD, is a brand-new community set to transform a 115 ha land parcel into a thriving mixed-use community with city-style convenience that will be home to 3,500 residents.

Mambourin will offer an unparalleled level of connectivity and amenity, with plans for an exclusive resident’s club, a private school, a new train station, a major town centre, open space, library, kindergarten, a performing arts centre and a commercial business district.

The Grove, in Tarneit, is a community already well-established and growing. More than 850 land lots have sold, and Frasers Property has plans for a further 1,780 residential land lots.

Bounded by Davis Creek and Werribee River, the masterplan for The Grove includes interconnected cycling and walking paths, outdoor parks and play spaces, a future town centre, schools and community facilities.

Life, Point Cook is in its final stages of development with just 13 land lots left available. It has been one of Frasers Property’s most successful communities, with demand for land very strong in the desirable suburb with convenient connections to the CBD.

From future planned winding wetlands and expansive open space to a frog-themed park, Life, Point Cook offers a balanced lifestyle just 28 km from Melbourne and 4 km south of the Point Cook town centre.

Wallara Waters, uniquely positioned in the Victorian regional town of Wallan, is a joint venture community by Frasers Property Australia and Mondous Property Australia.

Situated one kilometre from established amenities in the Wallan township, Wallara Waters is also just a five-minute walk to Wallan train station, which offers a 45-minute V-Line service to Southern Cross Station in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. The new community is also within easy access of primary and secondary schools and a future retail and commercial precinct that includes a proposed fitness centre, medical centre and a planned Early Learning Centre.

“All of these Victorian communities offer buyers something different but a sense of community and lifestyle options, with a focus on health and wellbeing, are at the heart of each one,” Ms Bloom says.

“We are offering first home buyers an opportunity to establish a home in a community that will serve their needs well into the future.”
